We are seeking an exceptional 360° Head of Creative to lead the creative vision across all touchpoints of our iconic brands.
We’re looking for a conceptual thinker and creative leader who can develop big ideas and brand campaigns and roll up their sleeves to deliver best-in-class content and video storytelling.
This role is at the heart of shaping how our restaurants show up in the world — from brand identity and campaigns to the video, social, and experiential content that drive engagement, covers, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Vision & Concept Development
- Define and evolve The Ivy Collection’s creative direction and brand voice across all restaurants.
- Lead the development of idea generation, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations that connect emotionally with guests.
- Partner with marketing, PR, and operations to ensure creative concepts support business objectives while maintaining brand integrity.
- Bring innovative thinking to menu launches, restaurant storytelling, seasonal moments, new location launches, collaborations, and experiential events.
Video & Content Leadership
- Champion a “video-first, content-led” approach to storytelling across all brands.
- Oversee the creation of short-form and long-form video, photography, motion graphics, and social-first content.
- Ensure all content captures the essence of dining experiences, culinary craft, design, and guest moments.
- Collaborate with social and marketing teams to plan integrated content calendars that align with campaigns and peak trading periods.
Creative Production & 360° Execution
- Manage the full creative process for campaigns, content shoots, photo/video production, experiential installations, in-venue assets, and printed collateral.
- Oversee the delivery of visual storytelling across digital, print, social, in-restaurant, and event spaces.
- Stay on the front foot with emerging creative technologies (AI, CGI, motion, immersive experiences) to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, videographers, editors, copywriters, producers).
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Ops, PR, Culinary) and external agencies or freelancers.
- Create a collaborative culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and consistent high-quality output.
Brand Stewardship
- Act as guardian of The Ivy Collection’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual and experiential touchpoints.
- Balance creative excellence with commercial goals, focusing on driving covers, loyalty, and long-term brand equity.
- Evolve brand guidelines to reflect contemporary guest expectations while preserving the heritage of The Ivy.
Key Skills & Experience:
Creative & Conceptual Excellence
- Proven ability to develop big creative ideas and 360° campaigns for premium consumer-facing brands.
- Strong conceptual thinker who can connect brand storytelling to business outcomes.
- Hands-on creative with the ability to guide both conceptual ideation and practical content production.
Video & Content Expertise
- Deep experience in storytelling through video, photography, and content creation.
- Skilled at directing shoots and guiding teams or agencies to deliver high-quality visual content.
- Knowledge of platform-specific formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, in-venue) and how to optimise creative for each.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Experienced in leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing external partners.
- Collaborative approach, able to partner with marketing and operations to translate commercial priorities into compelling creative.
- High energy, solution-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand hospitality environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years in a senior creative leadership role (agency or in-house, ideally in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or entertainment).
- Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- A strong portfolio of 360° creative work (campaigns, content, experiential, social).
- Passion for content creation, storytelling, food, dining, and hospitality.
