Membership Executive

We are looking for a Membership Executive to join our Ivy team at The Ivy Club!

About the Role

The Membership Executive is responsible for driving membership growth, retention, and engagement. This role focuses on building strong relationships with current and prospective members, ensuring a positive member experience, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation’s membership program.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Acquisition & Sales

• Promote and sell membership packages to prospective individuals and organisations.
• Deliver presentations, tours, or pitches to showcase membership benefits.
• Achieve monthly and annual membership sales targets.

Member Relationship Management

• Act as the first point of contact for member inquiries and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members to encourage retention.
• Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a seamless experience.

Engagement & Retention

• Develop and implement initiatives to increase member engagement and satisfaction.
• Organise and support member events, networking sessions, and activities.
• Monitor member feedback and address concerns promptly.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on membership sales, renewals, and engagement.
• Support the Membership Manager in executing membership strategies and campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in membership or subscription-based services.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
