We’re searching for a passionate and driven Operations Manager. This senior role will cover Berkshire, West Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset and Surrey.

As an Operations Manager at The Ivy Collection, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and profitability of multiple venues within your area. You will lead and support General Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure operational excellence, and achieve financial targets, all while embodying The Ivy’s distinctive brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring each restaurant delivers consistent service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and support General Managers and their teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies to optimise revenue, control costs, and maximise profitability.
- Brand Standards: Ensure that every venue upholds The Ivy Collection’s brand standards, operational policies, and compliance requirements, including health & safety and licensing.
- Guest Experience: Champion an exceptional guest journey by maintaining the highest levels of service and hospitality.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership on new initiatives, menu rollouts, promotional campaigns, and future openings.
- Financial Oversight: Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost control while driving commercial performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, HR, training, and culinary teams to deliver company objectives and support continuous innovation.
About You
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-Site Manager within premium hospitality, restaurants, or hotels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop large, diverse teams.
- Commercially astute, with a strong track record of delivering financial performance and operational excellence.
- Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and maintaining high standards.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
