Marketing Coordinator - 3-Month FTC

The Ivy Collection is a group of 63 restaurants across the UK and Ireland, including Ivy Brasseries, Ivy Asia, Harry’s Restaurants, Brasserie of Light and the original Ivy West Street (established in 1917). We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator on a 3-month fixed-term contract to join the team as the Ivy brand continues to grow and expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary management and scheduling of meetings for the Sales & Marketing Director and team
• meetings
• Managing the marketing collection inbox, ensuring everything is actioned and followed up
• Managing ad-hoc queries on behalf of the team
• Updating assets and corporate presentations
• Monitor, respond & send out charity requests for all sites
• Check the restaurant online listings and update as necessary
• Updating Ivy Collection websites with menus/images & what’s on information
• Assist with social media
• Manage & monitor Ivy Collection drives & photography
• Competitor analysis for future openings
• Research national and international event calendars, updating ongoing documents

Location: Office-based in Fitzrovia with occasional restaurant visits
