We’re searching for a passionate Private Dining Room Manager.

Key elements of your role as Private Dining Room Manager :

  • Manage all private dining events, ensuring exceptional service from enquiry to departure.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients and event organisers.
  • Work closely with the Events Manager to ensure all private dining bookings are accurately planned, communicated and executed.
  • Review and fully understand all function sheets, ensuring every event requirement is communicated clearly to the restaurant, kitchen and bar teams.
  • Maximise revenue by driving private dining sales and increasing occupancy.
  • Lead, inspire and develop the team, maintaining The Ivy Collection's exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure all function rooms are presented to the highest standard before every event.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews to continuously improve service.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, health & safety and company procedures.
  • Act as the main operational contact during private dining events, ensuring smooth service and promptly resolving any issues
  • Work collaboratively with senior management to identify new business opportunities and enhance the guest experience.

  • You have 2 years + of experience in this position
