We are looking for a creative and passionate Learning Experience Specialist to join our People team.


The Learning Experience Specialist is responsible for shaping, delivering, and continuously improving the learning experience across the business, ensuring that every learner engagement, whether in-person or digital, is seamless, impactful, and aligned with our brand values.


This role owns the management and optimisation of our Learning Experience Platform LXP (Attensi), leads the creation of AI-driven learning content, and partners with operational and training teams to drive engagement, completion, and performance outcomes. Acting as the bridge between learning design, technology, and business needs, the Learning Experience Manager ensures that learning is not just delivered but experienced.



Key Responsibilities:

Learning Experience Design & Management

  • Own and manage the company’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring it delivers an engaging, intuitive, and consistent user experience.
  • Design and develop digital learning journeys and campaigns using Attensi’s AI and simulation tools, tailored to brand standards and learner needs.
  • Collaborate with content creators, trainers, and subject matter experts to produce interactive and visually compelling modules, videos, and quizzes.
  • Lead the ongoing audit and optimisation of existing learning content, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and alignment with operational updates (menus, specs, bibles, and service standards).
  • Introduce innovative ways to drive engagement through gamification, storytelling, and AI-personalised learning paths.



Data, Reporting & Insight

  • Analyse learning data, dashboards, and engagement metrics to identify trends, measure impact, and recommend improvements.
  • Own the monthly learning dashboard, ensuring accuracy in attendance, completions, engagement, and learner progress.
  • Present key learning insights and recommendations to the Head of L&D and senior stakeholders, linking outcomes to performance, retention, and guest experience.
  • Use Attensi analytics to track learner performance and adjust content strategy to improve completion and satisfaction rates.



Learning Delivery & Coordination

  • Oversee the planning and coordination of all learning programmes, including inductions, menu training, and leadership sessions, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Manage and communicate the quarterly training calendar, aligning delivery with business priorities and brand timelines.
  • Ensure all digital and in-person sessions are supported with accurate enrolment, materials, and attendance tracking.
  • Compliance Training: Oversee the delivery and tracking of all mandatory compliance learning programs
  • Concise and professional: Develop and implement learning evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and ROI, going beyond completion rates to assess real impact on performance and business outcomes.



Content & Communication

  • Lead the production and timely upload of all menu quizzes, drinks specs, focus dishes, and brand bibles across Attensi and internal platforms.
  • Manage specials scripting, filming, editing, and uploads, ensuring content reflects brand quality and storytelling.
  • Deliver monthly business headlines and learning communications to drive visibility and alignment.
  • Oversee certificate distribution, recognition communications, and milestone celebrations, reinforcing a culture of learning and appreciation in collaboration with the L&D Coordinator.



Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact between L&D, Operations, and Attensi, ensuring alignment of content and system updates.
  • Partner with Regional trainers and venue leaders to identify learning needs and gather user feedback for continuous improvement of the LXP.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on effective use of Attensi and other digital tools.
  • Represent L&D in cross-functional projects that enhance learning experience, digital engagement, and employee development



Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 yrs proven experience managing a Learning Management System (preferably Attensi or similar)
  • Behavioural competencies needed such as curiosity, collaboration & innovation
  • Strong understanding of digital learning design, user experience (UX), and gamified learning principles
  • Experience creating or managing AI-powered learning simulations and e-learning content
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills; able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Creative eye for content design, video storytelling, and brand consistency
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and high delivery standards
  • Experience within hospitality (preferred), retail, or a multi-site environment

About you:

  • Proven experience in managing paid social and paid search campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to optimise campaigns for ROI.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams
  • Background in digital marketing in Hospitality, F&B, Retail, and Entertainment preferred
