We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator to join the team as the Ivy brand continues to grow and expand.


The HR Administrator provides a full range of admin support to the HR team, responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks that support people processes and systems. Managing the central people mailbox actioning employee requests and sharing ER information with HR Business Partner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the People inbox; provide general HR guidance, action employee requests and escalate queries to HR Business Partners as required
  • Assist with onboarding of Support Office hire, be point of contact for general HR queries and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and data in Fourth system and other HR systems as required.
  • Maintain employee documents such as handbooks, policy documents, contracts and template letters in centrally shared folders.
  • Producing employee letters and documents as required such as employment contracts, offer letters, contract variations, promotion, and salary letters, in line with management requests
  • Providing administrative support for HR projects
  • Support managers and employees with general HR queries and policy guidance
  • Provide occasional meeting/notetaking support as required


Key Skills Required

  • Experience in a HR amin role or similar position.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point.
  • Good verbal and written communication. Confident in reviewing and correcting written documents and compiling communication messages.
  • Notetaking experience an advantage.
  • CIPD qualified preferred, or a desire to undertake CIPD.
  • Passionate about hospitality, people, and delivering exceptional employee and guest experiences

Location

  • Office-based in Fitzrovia with occasional restaurant visits
