We are now looking for an exceptional General Manager to take full ownership of this opening, lead from the front, build and inspire a high-performing team, and deliver a commercially strong, best-in-class operation from day one.

Key elements of your role as a General Manager:
- Understand the guest and how to manage their expectations efficiently.
- To have a great front-of-house presence, be a leader and inspire your team.
- Fully understand and be able to articulate the financial targets.
- Establish and maintain realistic budgets and identify ways to improve profitability and manage cost controls effectively.
- To demonstrate an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the industry
- Identify business opportunities that have the greatest potential return on investment and are consistent with the company goals and brand.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- You have proven previous experience managing a large, structured team in a high-paced, high-volume restaurant
- You’ll lead by example, inspiring and mentoring your team to work as one and making sure morale and welfare stay as high as the standard of service at all times
- You have the confidence to go the extra mile

- You have excellent English language skills
