We are delighted to be opening Harry’s Glasgow later this year.

Our restaurants are a celebration of authentic Italian flavours, exceptional service and memorable guest experiences, creating an atmosphere that captures the timeless elegance and energy of Italy.


We are now looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our team from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the restaurant, build and inspire a high-performing team, and establish a destination venue known for outstanding hospitality, operational excellence and commercial success.

As General Manager, you will lead from the front, driving performance through exceptional guest experiences, strong financial results and a people-first leadership approach. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider support teams, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a best-in-class operation and bringing the Harry’s experience to life in Glasgow.

Key elements of your role as a General Manager:

  • Understand the guest and how to efficiently manage their expectations.
  • To have a great front-of-house presence, be a leader and inspire your team.
  • Fully understand and be able to articulate the financial targets.
  • Establish and maintain realistic budgets and identify ways to improve profitability and manage cost controls effectively.
  • To demonstrate an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the industry
  • Identify business opportunities that have the greatest potential return on investment and are consistent with the company goals and brand.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you:

  • You have proven previous experience managing a large, structured team in a high-paced, high-volume restaurant
  • You’ll lead by example, inspiring and mentoring your team to work as one and making sure morale and welfare stay as high as the standard of service at all times
  • You have the confidence to go the extra mile
  • You love to wow guests with exceptional service
  • You have excellent English language skills


Please note that this role requires availability to undertake training at our established London restaurants ahead of the opening.
