We are looking for a passionate Paid Media Manager.

This role holds the responsibility of driving the success of paid social and paid search campaigns, fostering advertising growth, and achieving measurable returns on investment (ROI). This role will focus on incremental guest acquisition through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns.

Key elements of your role as Paid Media Manager:

  • Managing paid social and paid search accounts to achieve performance goals.
  • Strategically planning and execute advertising initiatives to drive growth and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental guest acquisition through targeted paid media strategies.
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns regularly, utilizing analytics and data-driven insights.
  • Stay abreast of trends in paid advertising and emerging tools to ensure innovation and effectiveness.
  • Growing Troia and Caprice channels beyond Paid Search and Paid Social including Radio, DOOH and other ATL channels

About you:

  • Proven experience in managing paid social and paid search campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams
