To establish and maintain good working relationships amongst the restaurant team and with the kitchen brigade. To carry out training and development needs within the department and to take appropriate action. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>About you: </strong>You have at least 1&#43; years’ experience in this role and are solution-driven, working well under pressure.
